If we fail to pass your challenge during Phase 1 or Phase 2, we will cover the cost of your next challenge of the same account size with one of our trusted prop firms. We will also attempt and pass it at no extra fees to you. Because peace of mind is priceless.
If we fail your funded account during management, we will purchase and attempt a new challenge of the same account size with one of our trusted prop firms. This will be done completely free of additional charges.
If your chosen prop firm is later identified as a scam or fraudulent, this refund policy will not apply.
This includes firms that:
Refuse legitimate payouts
Close accounts without valid reasons
Operate without transparency or fairness
